Please complete a separate registration form for each rider. Make copies as needed for multiple riders in your party. Pre-entry deadline is 16 August 2009 – please return completed Registration Form to below address no later than 16 August 2009. Post entries accepted up to day of Ride.
All riders under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A non-refundable registration fee of $20.00 must accompany this form. Check or money order payable to Wyoming Paint Horse Club. Fee includes Lunch, Rider Fee, and one day temporary Wyoming Paint Horse Club membership.
The first 50 applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
