Description of Trails: 55,000 acres of public land consisting of broad rolling hills dissected by occasional shallow streams. Much of the area is open short grass prairie with large rock formations, with many of the north slopes forested with lodgepole pine, ponderosa pine, douglas fir, and aspen. |
